Kind of a last minute thing.. But if you’re in Västerås tomorrow night – the 11th of June – and up for a little bit of house, disco, funk and maybe some Swedish rare grooves, you should pay The Circus a visit! Funky Loffe is on the decks, and rest of the KOTU crew + fanbase will be there hanging out and having a great time, drinking a Duvel or two. Come join us!

We just finished a sizzling hot megamix to be featured on Oslolivefestival.no! The megamix features 52 of our favourite songs, from jacking Chicago House to voguing 90’s Garage, and all of that fitted into a 24 minute timeframe! Sounds interesting, right? Shorts premiere!

Sulo Hype, Kyaal, Loffe
Today was a good day! While working our heads off in the studio, Sulo Hype and Yaty (not in pic) dropped by for a cup of curb coffee! And yeah, we combined todays work with the annual shorts premiere. Sulo thought it was a better idea to rock the blue jean, but atleast he wore a pair of socks to match my shorts.

Short KOTU-interview in VLT Span!

Today we’re featured in VLT, Vestmanlands Läns Tidning (Yes you heard me, a news paper made from real paper!) and also of course on their website. Yesterday, journalist Björn Berglund gave me a call asking a few questions on the new Jake Oh-remix, and how the KOTU future looks. You could check the web article out here (in Swedish). If you’re in Västerås you could try and find a copy of the actual news paper!
Also, worth mentioning.. The Jake Oh-remix got blogged on by highly popular Stockholm Beat Connection. Check it out now!

We are very proud to present our latest work! Our friend Jake Oh just released his new R&B cross-over track “Last Time” and we thought to ourselves, why not doing a big KOTU rework of the song? And so we did. Download the remix edit (right-click -> save as..) or the complete remix single also featuring the full remix version and an exclusive percappella mix!

Now we’re finally able to release our latest track, New Reality, featuring our good friend Johannes on vocals. Johannes who also wrote the lyrics for New Reality usually do vocals for his own project The Real Order but this time he lent us his beautiful voice and writing skills!
